ISSHIN-JITSU

The Ganster Karate System is a traditional karate system, combining Isshin-Ryu Karate and Aiki-Jujistu.

Isshin-Jitsu is a combination of the concepts of Isshin Ryu Karate and Aikijitsu techniques. It makes use of pressure point application.

The combination of these arts make for a powerful and complete system.

The strong devatstating moves of Isshin Ryu accompanied by the join locking and throwing techniques of Aikijitsu make a consistent and decisive means of keeping your attacker off-balance and under control.

Class times are:
Monday and Wednesday 7pm to 9pm
Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 8pm
Saturday 9am to 11am
